Paushtik Life is a social initiative based in Kolkata, West Bengal primarily focused on organic and natural foods by generating sustainable livelihood. It is involved in field production of crops, processing, product development and marketing of organic products. Paushtik Life has been founded with a vision of providing Pure, Healthy, Wholesome foods to Consumers and creating Sustainable Livelihood for farmers.
The products confine to the strictest organic practices. It has the largest product range offering more than 500 products, ranging from cereals, grains, flours, dry fruits, to processed products like pickles, jams, juices, marmalades to bakery products.

Paushtik life is a very good initiative in dealing with food adulteration and overuse of pesticides. These things never come to lime light as they don't have any acute effect rather they slowly poison our body and thereby evade attention.
This organisation has made an effort in this direction and it has borne fruits.
It started with supply of quality organic vegetables and now has extended to include almost every item in our kitchen.
It has also lived up to its tagline "socially responsible" by holding numerous seminars and encouraging farmers who are our real hero by visiting their farms and bringing their perspective into consideration.
I came to know about them during April 2020, when the country was in lockdown due to COVID-19. Then came Amphan. Even in such difficult times, team Paushtik life has never stopped to go an extra mile to deliver orders of vegetables, fruits, milk, meat and fish, and many other grocery items. Slowly, within the last few months, me and my family have switched to organic products only because of them.
Now, eating has become an experience rather than just consuming. And yes, it's AFFORDABLE !
The freshness and taste of vegetables and all other food-items are surprising !! So, we are now eating healthy. Things like seeing colors coming out from vegetables while washing is a thing of past for us now.
Their commitment to sustainable organic farming is also commendable. The way they are helping to organise a platform for farmers and small producers from villages and providing their produces to us, is a mammoth task. But they are doing it each day with a big smile on their face.
Without living in Kolkata I have been able to taste the amazing edible stuff that they keep thanks to Sudip and every thing whether it’s their dals ( pulses) or the amazing tasty khejur gur is top class and how can I forget the deep amber colored aroma emanating Ghee !

The products are very good. They are giving excellent service during the lockdown to the senior citizens. I have ordered very recently but I know it will be a long-term association.
